Quick start

1. Register and login (best on the wide screen).
2. On the top-left (navigation bar) click “Mission” tab to select one of the missions from the list.
3. Click on “Log” to enter data into log tables and then "Submit" button.
4. Repeat step 3 several times.
5. Go to “View” to see a spider-plot summary of your data.
   The red colour indicates your targets, the cyan represents your latest record, and yellow is mean over the course of the mission.
   Click “Time-series” or “Correlations” to see further details.

How-tos

1. To cancell your subscription, go to "Profile" page, click "Cancel subscription"
   
   
2. To customise established mission, click on “Design” and then update tables (best done on a device with a wide screen, e.g. laptop or a desktop).
   
   
3. To download your records, on the "Mission" page click the "Download" button.
   
   
4. To start new mission:
   on the "Mission" page, change the title of the mission, click the "Launch" button.
   Go to "Design" page to specify features and properties of the new mission.
   
   
5. To get timers for the current mission, on the drop-down "Mission" list click "getTimers".
   Populate timers and upload to the server.
   Add the timers web-page icon to your Phone Home Screen
   (goolge it for instructions specific to your phone)
   
   
6. To save a subset of data without submitting the whole set to database
   (e.g. sleep hours you may want to log early morning),
   on the "Log" page click the "Save" button.
   Click "Submit" button later when you have a complete set of data (for the whole day) ready for the submission.
   
   
7. To upgrade you subscription plan, cancel current subscription (Profile->Cancel subscription),
   and register again for the upgraded plan.
